 ![]() Its all about proper training and use of proper equipment. Our well inspection covers the complete system! We use our advanced camera system and inspect the well all the way to the bottom of the liner looking for defects and contamination entry points ! What are the other inspection companies doing? Don't waste your money without finding out, most of them only do a visual and guess. They are cheaper for a reason! Want more.... We can also provide a high level water quaility test along with shocking your well with our advanced treatment. Our Well treatment is EPA approved, not a bleach treatment!!   Most inspections last 1 to 2 hours, and include a bacteria sample,an inspection of the electrical & plumbing system as it relates to the well, a flow test and a video liner inspection all the way to the pump. The basic inspection package is $450, plus tax. If the system is unusual and requires more than 2 hours to complete the inspection, we'll charge our normal labor rate ($125 per man-hour) after the first hour and a half. We alsocan test for Arsenic ($30) and Nitrates ($50), but the most thorough testing would be an Incomplete InOrganic ("IOC") test. The IOC Test ($350) will cover 31 different analytes that are deemed primary and secondary drinking water contaminants, including lead, mercury, arsenic, etc. We also Perform FHA water test.  .....and yes the Seattle area does still have residents using water wells.
