Most inspections last 1 to 2 hours, and include a bacteria sample,an inspection of the electrical & plumbing system as it relates to the well, a flow test and a video liner inspection all the way to the pump. The basic inspection package is $450, plus tax. If the system is unusual and requires more than 2 hours to complete the inspection, we'll charge our normal labor rate ($125 per man-hour) after the first hour and a half.

We alsocan test for Arsenic ($30) and Nitrates ($50), but the most thorough testing would be an Incomplete InOrganic ("IOC") test. The IOC Test ($350) will cover 31 different analytes that are deemed primary and secondary drinking water contaminants, including lead, mercury, arsenic, etc. We also Perform FHA water test.
