All of our commercial building inspections meet or exceed ASTM Standard E2018-01 for Property Condition Assessments and include the following components:

• Exterior Windows / Doors  ( Seals and Flashing )
• Roof Assement Inspection  -- covering, flashing, chimneys, drainage
• HVAC   ( Heating Venting Air Conditioning )
• Thermal Imaging of Building
• Plumbing System
• Electrical Systems ( Standard and Three Phase systems )
  
• Foundation Inspection -- construction, walls, floors
• Structural Pest Inspection
• Water Intrusive Inspection - Mold
• Fiber Optic Camera Inspection
• Interior -- Walls, Floors, Offices, Bathrooms

Commercial inspections are our most through inspection offered and include all our our services as a base inspection. Our Mold inspection is included with all commercial inspections with the exceptions that if any lab testing need performed an additional charge applies for lab fees.

Lead, Asbestos, Water, Well, Septic and Soil sampling provided for an additional cost.

Commercial Inspection Turnaround Time

 For a 10,000sf and less building the report has a 24hr turn around time for the report to be uploaded to our site.

Inspections that are in need of lab services take 3-6 bussiness days for results ( Mold, Radon'48hr test', Lead, Soil, Water, Etc.).
