Complete inspection of all operating equipment, heating equipment, liner (3'), Test water levels and saftey issues.

Pool Inspection

WATER QUALITY 

[   ]   1. Maintain pH 7.2-8.0

[   ]   2. Maintain free chlorine residue at 1.5 ppm 

Not to exceed 10 ppm

[   ]   3. Maintain cyanurates at 100 ppm or less

[   ]   4. Maintain water clarity, main drain to be visible from pool deck

[   ]   5. Provide test kit on premises

[   ]   6. Provide approved backwash with legal air gap

[   ]   7. Spa temperature below 104 ^oF

[   ]   8. Discontinue placing chlorine tablets pool skimmer(s) 

GATES AND FENCING 

[   ]   9. Maintain gates and doors to be self closing and latching

[   ]   10. Pool/Spa to be enclosed with approved fencing (max. opening 4 inches wide)

[   ]   16. Provide life ring with attached rope long enough to span max. Width of pool

[   ]   17. Provide 12 ft. rescue pole with securely attached body hook

[   ]   18. Provide clearly labeled emergency shut off switch at the spa
